Paramount Announces All-In For Streaming

During a panel in a June 14 stream on Stream TV, Paramount’s Executive Vice President, Content Strategy & Global Partnerships at Paramount Streaming, Amy Kuessner announced Paramount is going all in for streaming. She didn’t make the claim unilaterally, she stated Paramount’s CEO Robert M. Bakish wants Paramount’s main focus to be streaming.  What kind of streaming is the question consumers may ask? In May the company laid off roughly 25 percent of its workforce including the entirety of MTV News. It seems the ad revenue of traditional TV has dried up in the wake of record numbers leaving cable subscription services. Look for more consolidation similar to Warner Bros. Discovery with Max (previously HBO Max). For now, Paramount+ still shows signs of new content, but they’ve yet to establish themselves in ways like Netflix, Prime, or Disney+.

Stallone Gets Another Sequel

The premiere of this reality series was a knockout success, folks. It smashed records left and right, becoming the numero uno original reality series debut on Paramount+. Talk about making an entrance! Now, you can catch the first season of THE FAMILY STALLONE on Paramount+ while it’s streaming in various countries, including the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Brazil, the U.K., Australia, and Italy. And don’t worry international fans, more countries will be added to the list soon.

Get your popcorn ready and prepare to witness the greatest role Sylvester Stallone has ever taken on: being a dad.
