This month’s Disney+ News is a mixed bag.

Disney+ Original Lasts 48 Days

If you have been waiting to watch Disney+’s original sci-fi movie, Crater, you’ve waited too long.  It’s gone. They’ve removed it from their library. Perhaps they want to license it out to another streaming service or save money in residuals, or even tax write-downs, the answer is unknown as to why Disney+ removed the movie after only 48 days. The sci-fi original movie was budgeted at 53.4 million dollars. It was removed on June 3oth 2023.  Stop back for updates. If a reason is announced, Pop Culture Press will cover it. 

Will Apple Bite Disney Whole?

The past month’s rumor mill is hitting mainstream headlines with word that Disney’s head Bob Iger is looking to sell the entire Disney enterprise to Apple. Apple has the money to make the move and it would settle their streaming platform position once and for all.
